Joi had an interest in hair and makeup by the time she started crawling.. Growing up you could always find her styling anyone and everyone’s hair. Eventually that led her to cosmetology school where she was able to fine tune and dig deeper into that love. It was there that she learned makeup and hair on many unique and diverse types of hair and skin. From there her education and love for it all became a passion, and bridal became her niche. She loves hearing the love stories that lead to our brides’ special day, and getting to pamper the small community of people that they hold dearest to support them along the way. She also loves reading the clients energy and bringing a sense of calm and/or excitement that is wanted for the occasion.

Her journey began as a beauty stylist for leading cosmetic brands, and she has since lent her skills to numerous television shows, commercials, and countless weddings. Working with celebrities and photographers across Atlanta, Lakisha has developed a passion for creating memorable experiences for brides, whom she considers her favorite clients. Known for her meticulous attention to detail, she values genuine connections with brides to ensure they feel their most beautiful from trial date to wedding day.

Mimi became a bridal make-up artist 15 years ago. She was working an office job and originally she wanted extra income on the weekends. She has always loved doing her own make up, so she thought “Why not?” and she worked to make it a part time gig. Over the years, she realized that working with brides on their wedding days made her so happy!!! She loves making clients feel beautiful and confident, and loves being a part of each clients’ most special day!!

Rachael is a 6+ year hair and makeup artist who is classically trained, learning on the job by apprenticeship and a variety of masterclasses. She is Barbicide Covid Sanitation certified, as well as Dermalogica Clean Touch certified. She has 4 sisters and has always loved doing hair and makeup. When it was suggested to her by a veteran bridal artist that she pursue it professionally, she didn’t didn’t realize how much she would come to love it. Bridal work is her bread and butter, although she also enjoys working on set and has done work with HGTV, TLC, etc. For her, nothing can replace the adrenaline, excitement and intimacy of being a part of our brides’ special day. She can’t wait to meet you and help you bring your vision to life!!

Joneé has been a freelance makeup artist for nearly 20 years. Our clients commend her on her customer service, flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to bring their vision to reality. Weddings are wonderful, and one of her favorite parts about working with brides and their parties is bringing joy, peace, & confidence to every woman and the day in its’ entirety. Rachel has been a makeup artist since 2017, but her love for makeup goes back to watching her mom do her makeup. She trained at the Atlanta Makeup Academy, and participated in Kristina Gaspera's Makeup Academy, where she gained a solid foundation in the principles of makeup artistry. These experiences provided me with a well-rounded education, combining technical expertise with a keen eye for creativity. She has also had the privilege of working on film sets and live TV productions. These environments have been invaluable in shaping her approach to makeup, teaching her to adapt to different settings and meet the unique demands of various mediums.
One of the most rewarding aspects of her work is the privilege of being part of a bride's special day and contributing to the joy and confidence that radiates from her. Kenji is a makeup artist based just outside of Atlanta. It all began as an assistant makeup artist in the Philippines. Every event (weddings, proms, and beauty pageants) that he was able to attend, allowed him to showcase his gift. To be enable clients feel their absolute best instilled in him the drive and passion for becoming a makeup artist. Now, he has been blessed to be doing makeup for 15 years. His favorite part about working with the brides and their parties is that he gets to know them and have a bond with them while making them feel very special and beautiful. He also loves to travel and to go out to eat, and when he has weddings out of town, he always visits the popular restaurants in the area.

In high school Danielle was always doing friends makeup for events like homecoming and proms. Straight out of high school she went to Makeup Designory in New York City to pursue a career in film and television makeup. It was the best decision of her life! She met so many amazing people and was taught by great artists. Upon moving back to Georgia in 2018, she began her career in film and tv makeup. She was soon introduced to the wedding industry, and fell in love with it because it allows her to express her creativity. Her favorite part about working with brides is getting to be such a key part of their wedding day. Makeup typically starts first thing in the morning so the mood and atmosphere sets the tone for the rest of the day. She loves helping brides start off their day feeling happy and confident! In her free time she loves to read, go on walks with her dogs, and workout.

Leslie has been a bridal stylist for 13 years. She has always had a love for doing hair and in her teens she frequently experimented with vintage Hollywood looks. She sees each guest as a blank canvas, and she loves the energy of bridal parties because everyone is happy to be there! She loves meeting family and friends and asking them where they’ve traveled from or hearing fun stories about the bride and groom. In her time off from working she loves to paint, and she’s been into art since she was a little girl. Cooking is a hobby that she really enjoys too. She loves that food brings people together.

Spending all of her spare time creating different hairstyles on her mannequin, she knew she wanted to find a way to do as many special occasion hair styles as possible, so she started doing bridal hair! She has specialized in bridal for the last decade along with becoming a cosmetology instructor for a short time. She loves working with clients to create styles that complement their features and encapsulates the vision they have for their special day. She loves helping to create a fun and calm environment during the wedding morning full of excitement.
